Sanya Lopez reveals fitness secrets that made her worthy of being Ginebra's calendar girl
After proving that she has what it takes to be Ginebra's 2020 calendar girl, revealed the secret behind her head-turning body.
In a behind-the-scenes video clip posted in Instagram, the actress revealed her fitness diet and workout.

She said, "Nag-wo-work out, fish diet, chicken diet. Tinanggal ko pork and beef."
Aside from her diet, Sanya said that she would do cardio activities such as running, playing badminton, dancing, boxing and muay thai.
However, she clarified that she took care of her body not to be sexy but to be healthy.
"Lagi ko nalang iniisip na kailangan healthy ka," Sanya said. "Drink a lot of water, [eat] vegetables."
