Rochelle Pangilinan says husband Arthur Solinap's support helped her overcome postpartum faster

Rochelle Pangilinan says the support she got from husband Arthur Solinap as she went through postpartum helped her cope.

The former SexBomb dancer narrated one particularly difficult and sleep-deprived week after giving birth to first child Shiloh.

Rochelle said she was able to overcome postpartum faster because of Arthur's support.

And inilabas ako ni Art, dinate niya ako sa labas, kahit kasama si Shiloh —on Mother's day, sa birthday ko kasama," she said, adding such dates have become a family affair. "Hindi ko kayang wala si Shiloh. Kailangan kahit anong date namin kasama siya," she said.

While Rochelle credits her husband's support in her fitness journey post-partum, she says it was mostly self-discipline and the thought of family.

And then kapag financially sumweldo, kumita, para sa future ng family mo 'yon," she said.

Five months after giving birth to Shiloh, Rochelle posted a photo of herself showing off her hard-earned figure.

Rochelle and Arthur welcomed their first child Baby Shiloh last February.

Rochelle will be one of the cast of the upcoming drama series of GMA-7 "The Gift" which will premiere on September 16.

Other Kapuso stars who will be in the drama series include Alden Richards, Thia Thomalla, Jean Garcia, Jo Berry, Christian Vasquez, Elizabeth Oropesa, Ysabel Ortega and Mikee Quintos. — LA, GMA News
