Ina Feleo shares 2-month body transformation, drops fitness secrets


Ina Feleo has shared her "realistic" transformation after a two-month fitness plan.

The actress, who has always led a fit and healthy lifestyle, is delighted over the "little changes" that toned her figure even more.

"It’s not very easy to see drastic changes when you’ve been at the lifestyle consistently for years, pero it’s still motivating to see little changes," she said in an Instagram post.

Ina said she focused more on bodyweight and banded circuits, and stuck to a pescatarian diet — which means no to meat, but yes to fish.

"Grabe yung pagod ko these days from work so I dialed down the workouts a bit and have been focusing more on bodyweight and banded circuits, as well as mobility and just sticking to a pescatarian diet (need to lower my cholesterol)," she said.

Asked what's included in her diet, Ina replied, "Fish and veggies! Plus rice, wheat pasta and bread. Detoxing from tsitsirya."
