10 interesting facts about sign language

Because we are in the middle of Deaf Awareness Week, GMA-7 morning program Unang Hirit shared a few interesting facts about sign language.

Many of us don't know there are many systems to sign language such as the Signing Exact System, which follows the grammar of spoken English and the Filipino Sign Language, which this week was just declared the national language for Filipino Deaf.
