Rhian Ramos shuffles across three types of diets to maintain her bikini-ready body


Kapuso actor Rhian Ramos is unarguably one of the sexiest women in the country. On Instagram, she generously revealed the three types of diets she has been shuffling across to maintain her bikini-ready body all year long.

On her IG stories she listed keto vegetarian diet, salad diet, and intermittent fasting as three diets she swearsby and shuffles across.

 


She said she is currently on her keto-vegetarian diet where she only vegetable sources of fat and protein minus of course carbs and sugar.

Every after traveling — which involves food trips — Rhian says she goes for a week of salad diet which make her lose fat and muscle.

Her third diet is intermittent fasting where she is allowed a 6-hour window to eat anything. Outside the six hours, she only takes in water and black coffee.
