At the Vivo V9 Mall Tour at SM North EDSA Annex on Sunday, Julie Anne shared her secrets to maintaining her sexy figure despite her hectic schedule with GMA News Online.

1. Eat healthy

It may not look like it, but Julie Anne also has her cheat days, because who can say no to delicious food? Julie Anne believes it's important to have an all balanced diet.

"All balanced diet, eat healthy, well minsan, nag-chi-cheat day ako," She told GMA News Online.

2. Water, water and more water!

This one may sound cliche, but water is your best friend. It helps maintain the balance of your bodily fluids, helps in digestion plus it will never fail to give you a clearer skin!

"Just drink a lot of water, kasi I work everyday, parang wala na rin akong time magexercise."

3. Do quick exercises

If you have a full schedule like the Asia's Pop Sweetheart, squeeze in quick exercises at home or whenever you have a few minutes to spare.

"Pero 'pag may time ako, kahit yung mga toning lang or quick exercises ginagawa ko siya sa bahay," she said.

4. Confidence is key

This one is the hardest thing to do, but it's one of the best ways to look and feel sexy!

"Be confident, just be yourself that's all kasi it's always good to have a good disposition in life that makes you sexy for me," Julie Anne noted. — LA, GMA News
