12 delicious Pinoy breads people on Keto are already missing


With all the rage there is about the Keto diet these days, people are scrambling and frantically searching for recipes that would fit its low-carb, high-fat criteria.

Since 2017, Keto has been the buzz word among perennial dieters and health buffs, thanks to the program’s success rate. Short for Ketogenic Diet, Keto is a low-carb, high-fat diet that helps people lose weight and improve health.

That said, bread -- a staple food in the Philippines -- is out of the question.

But before you embark on your Keto journey, here are some of the mouthwatering Filipino breads that you would be turning your back on.
