Julie Anne San Jose shares secrets on how to achieve a super sexy body
Julie Anne’s 24-inch waistline takes a lot of work, that’s for sure. In a Balitanghali report, Asia’s Top Sweetheart shared some of her secrets in achieving an always beach-ready body.
1. Work out when you can. Says Julie Anne, she works out every chance she gets. “Usually cycling lang, [I go on a ] stationary bike,” she says.
2. Have a gym buddy. According to Julie Anne, having a gym buddy makes it more effective. Not only will having a friend lessen the drudgery of them situps, s/he can also act as your accountability partner, making sure you achieve the number of hours you promised on the treadmill.
3. Don’t starve yourself. “The more I deprive myself of food, mas lalo akong nag-ce-crave at napapakain ng marami,” says Julie Anne, adding she still enjoys her carbs. Instead of going on a crash diet, eat 3-5 balanced meals a day.
