How Raymond Gutierrez switched to a healthier lifestyle

Television host and model Raymond Gutierrez has been the talk of the town as he documents his journey to a fitter and healthier body.

Apparently, it wasn't a one-night transformation, Raymond has been working hard exercising and eating the right food.

In a vlog he posted on his YouTube channel in February, he said that he was "tired of being fat," and was starting a "90-day fitness challenge."

"Late last year around November, I just woke up one day and I hated myself. I felt so out of shape and unhealthy and I just told myself I am sick of being fat," he said in the video.

"I woke up one day and I said I wanna live the best life I can. It's now or never for me and it's time to choose my happiness. I've had enough, I wanna live my best life and now is the time to do it," he added.

Raymond said that when he moved out of his parents' place to live on his own, all he did was work all day and party all night. "I forgot to take care of my health," he said.

Another thing that pushed Raymond to start a healthier lifestyle are his friends, who are all fit and healthy.

They have already started working out together in the morning as one of their "group hangs."

His friend Erwan Heussaff, a fitness enthusiast who himself switched to a healthier lifestyle years ago, has been his biggest push for this change.

With his friends' support, Raymond started the vlog to keep him motivated and at the same time to help motivate others.

"In order to motivate myself, I want to motivate others. Trust me, If I can do this, so can you guys," he said.

If you have been wondering what Mond's secret to getting fit is, here is what he has to say: "People keep telling me, 'Mond, you have to share your secret with us.' There is no secret! Trust me, everyone knows what it is. It's just about committing to it, gaining that momentum, and not stopping," he said in one of his YouTube vlogs.
