Some essentials for the rainy season

The rainy season is officially in!

'Tis the season of refreshing raindrops and resplendent rainbows. Sadly, 'tis also the season of wet socks, muddied shoes, and at times, even dangerous floods...

Now that the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) declared the onset of the rainy season, it's time to be ready with some "essentials" to avoid getting stuck somewhere simply because you did not prepare for the rains.
