Lechon tacos, other must-try dishes at Chef Chele Gonzalez’s Cebu dining concept
Ask anyone who has been to Cebu for food recommendations, and lechon will always be a top-of-mind answer.
But if you’re a foodie who loves to explore different cuisines while traveling, you should not miss out on Enye, Chef Chele Gonzalez’s dining concept in the Queen City of the South.
Gonzalez, a One Knife honoree at The Best Chef Awards 2024, is known for critically acclaimed concepts such as Gallery by Chele, Samira, Deli by Chele, and Cantabria by Chele.
At Enye, his brainchild in the Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan in Cebu, Gonzalez takes pride in creating Spanish cuisine into inventive dishes fit for the Filipino palate.
In October, he, along with Enye’s chef de cuisine Javier Amador, introduced a fresh menu of contemporary Spanish food while integrating Cebu’s fresh and local ingredients.
Here are five new must-try creations at Enye.
Enye is located at Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan. It’s open every Tuesday to Sunday, 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
