Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill: Here's how to book a table ahead of the restaurant's opening
Gordon Ramsay fans, this is the moment you've all been waiting for!
Beginning Tuesday, you may book a table reservation in advance for Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill, which is opening this month on the second floor of Newport World Resorts' Grand Wing.
Newport World Resorts Chairman Kevin L. Tan made the announcement after finalizing the details during a meeting in Macao at The Londoner.
“Having personally met Chef Ramsay at The Londoner in Macao, his larger-than-life personality and our shared enthusiasm in opening one of the most sought-after restaurants in the culinary world, strengthens our position as the most multifaceted integrated resort in the country, leading the way in elevated dining experiences for all our guests," Tan said.
Here are the guidelines for booking a table in advance on the restaurant's website:
- For any group of six (6) persons and above, a P1,000 deposit per person is required upon reservation
- For private dining room reservations, a 50% deposit of the minimum spend amount is required upon reservation
- For Lunch: P3,000+ per person and P30,000+ per 10 persons
- For Dinner: P5,000+ per person and P50,000+ per 10 persons
The soon-to-open restaurant will offer a curated selection of rare breed steaks, grilled specialties, fresh market seafood, and Gordon's legendary Beef Wellington.
The rest of the menu is still under wraps, but the expectations are high. This is Gordon's first restaurant in the Philippines, after all — and it's going to be massive.
Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill will occupy 400 square meters to seat up to a hundred guests. It is going to be one of the biggest restaurants in the 25-hectare property, and is expected to attract discerning diners from all over the region, given its close proximity to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) terminal 3.
Gordon Ramsay is the chef behind several Michelin-starred restaurants including Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in the UK and Le Pressoir d'Argent in Bordeaux. He's open restaurants across the world including Singapore, UAE, and Japan.
News of his Manila outpost arrived last year.
We'll see you soon, Gordon!
