Margarita Fores's Batchoy-inspired dish is now permanent on Ramen Ron menu
Good news for batchoy and ramen lovers in Metro Manila!
Starting this month, Margarita Forés’s Batchoy-inspired ramen, her recent collaboration dish with Ramen Ron, is now permanently part of the menu.
The announcement was made on Ramen Ron’s Instagram page, saying that the decision to include the dish on the menu permanently is “due to popular demand.”
The new addition to the menu comes in two variants: Batchoy Ramen and Batchoy Ramen with Chef’s recommended toppings.
The Batchoy Ramen (P550) is made with Ukkokei Batchoy-based broth and thin ramen noodles topped with Chashu, liver, and Chicharon.
Meanwhile, the Batchoy Ramen with Chef’s recommended toppings (P845) is made with Ukokkei Batchoy-based broth and thin ramen noodles topped with house-made Chashu, torched Bone Marrow, pork liver, Shio Tamago, and crushed Chicharon.
The dish was first introduced to the public in May as a limited-edition offering.
Ramen Ron is located at Rockwell Center, Makati City, and Central Square Mall in Bonifacio Global City.
