The Curator ranks 33rd on Asia's 50 Best Bars 2024 list
The Curator Coffee and Cocktails is once again named among the best bars in Asia!
The bar, located in Legazpi Village, Makati, ranked 33rd on Asia's 50 Best Bars 2024 list, which was a spot higher from last year's 34th spot. The latest list was unveiled during the awards ceremony at Rosewood Hong Kong on Tuesday.
The Curator is the lone Philippine bar on the list. This is its ninth time to be included among Asia's 50 Best Bars, having consecutively ranked since 2016.
Founded by David Ong and Bernice Tiu, The Curator is a third-wave coffee shop during the day, serving coffee at the establishment's front space. By night, The Curator begins its cocktail service in the small bar tucked behind the shop.
Its cocktail menu, "People You'd Like to Have a Drink With," takes inspiration from various remarkable individuals that The Curator would love to share a drink with, featuring creative drinks called Washington Sycip, Magic Way, The Intangible, Crying in Rada Mart, and more.
Bar Leone in Hong Kong, Zest in Seoul, Jigger & Pony in Singapore, Coa in Hong Kong, and Bar Benfiddich in Tokyo rounded out the top five on Asia's 50 Best Bars 2024 list.
Last week, Southbank Cafe + Lounge, which has branches in Muntinlupa and Pasig, was named among Asia's Best Bars, ranking 82nd on Asia's 50 Best Bars' extended 51-100 list.
