This Makati restaurant's new lunch menu puts a spin on classic Pinoy faves
Bombvinos Bodega just dropped its lunch specials menu!
The wine bar and restaurant has introduced new dishes for your next slow casual lunch or late boozy brunch, with each dish featuring ingredients both familiar and novel to the Pinoy palate.
The lunch specials menu comprises eight dishes, namely Beef Fat Sinangag, Smoked Longsilog, Tocino Gratin Fried Rice, Jamon Croque Madame, Pritong Manok Pares and Garlic Rice, Seared Tanigue Fish Steak, Beef Salpicao, and Bistek and Eggs.
The Beef Salpicao is one to watch out for, as Bombvinos has put its own spin on the beloved classic. The ultra-tender beef is braised in natural wine and served over caramelized rice, topped with a sunny side up egg and greens for garnish.
The lunch specials menu is available from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. only. Find the new dishes, as well as bomb natural wines, at Bombvinos Bodega at The Zone Sports Center, 7224 Malugay Street, Makati City.
