Starbucks Philippines to offer 40% discount to seniors, PWD on Jan. 24
Starbucks Philippines is offering a 40% discount to eligible individuals on Wednesday, January 24.
In a social media post, Starbucks said persons with disabilities, senior citizens, national athletes, eligible solo parents, and Medal of Valor holders are entitled to avail of the discount.
According to Starbucks, eligible customers can avail themselves of this upon presenting a valid, original, actual, and/or physical identification card.
The offer must be personally availed by the eligible customer for personal consumption, and only available for in-store, take-out, and drive-thru only.
That means, The 40% discount offer is not valid for Mobile Order & Pay, GrabFood, Foodpanda, and Pick-a-roo transactions.
According to its website, the promo will run in all Starbucks stores in the Philippines, from 5 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
As for eligible solo parents, the discount only applies to those in Mandaluyong City, Quezon City, San Pablo City, and Angeles City, Pampanga.
This special discount came after one of Starbucks' branches was criticized for limiting senior citizens’ discounts to only one drink and one food item.
