Shake Shack and Toyo Eatery champion Filipino food for a one-day collaboration
Shake Shack and Toyo Eatery are holding a one-day collaboration that champions Filipino cuisine through and through.
For one day only, on November 11, the international burger chain is teaming up with the local fine dining restaurant to produce a limited-edition menu featuring a chicken and cheek BBQ burger, the to-die-for inasal fries, a lambanong lemonade, and an incredible kakanin dessert.
The collaboration will be available at the Shake Shack Central Square branch in Bonifacio Global City, from 9am until all 1,000 pieces of the burger will be sold.
Shake Shack is known for its irresistible 100% all-natural Angus beef burgers, best paired with crinkle-cut fries fried to crisp perfection. But for this collaboration, the 2023 Flor de Caña Sustainable Restaurant Awardee takes it up a notch by injecting Filipino cuisine-isms into the burger chain’s classics.

Toyo Eatery, helmed by culinary director Mark Rosati, consistently places in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants. In 2023, it placed at no. 42. Shake Shack meanwhile first opened in the Philippines in 2019.
