Is Mendokoro Ramenba heading to Baguio soon?
Where better to enjoy a piping hot bowl of ramen than in cool, breezy Baguio?
On Instagram, celebrated ramen joint Mendokoro Ramenba dropped teasers on the next location of its Ramen on Wheels.
With the hints that they recently dropped, such as zigzag road, a photo of SM Baguio’s Sky Terrace, and the giveaway clue that said, “where tourists go during the summer for its cool temperature,” it was pretty easy to crack the mystery that it will be in the Summer Capital of the Philippines.
To those planning to go to Baguio later this month or in early August, you’re in for a treat as Mendokoro’s Ramen on Wheels will be there from July 29 until August 6 to keep you warm with a hot bowl of ramen when the weather becomes a little too cold.
Through Ramen on Wheels, Baguio locals and tourists will get to try the ramen joint’s famous variants like Shio, Shoyu, Tantanmen, Super Chashu, Ebi Tonkontsu, and of course, a side dish of gyoza.
Last year, Mendokoro refreshed its menu with vegan selections to accommodate those following a plant-based diet. The vegan menu is exclusively available at Mendokoro’s branch in Mitsukoshi Mall in BGC.
