Uncle Roger finally reviews Pinoy food in his channel, roasts Geoffrey Zakarian's adobo

Uncle Roger is known for making reaction videos on chefs cooking Asian food, among them egg fried rice, ramen, Thai green curry, pho, and biryani.

This time, the internet's favorite uncle is finally reacting to a cooking video of adobo!

Wearing his iconic orange shirt, Uncle Roger watched American chef Geoffrey Zakarian cooking the popular Filipino dish for Food Network.

"This nephew Geoffrey, he wearing suit to make Asian food. Uncle Roger don't have good feeling about this," the comedian said, and he would turn out to be correct.

In the video, Geoffrey used too little garlic, too little vinegar, too much onion, and too much water. Worse, he used habanero, parsley, and served the dish with lemon!

"Habanero don't even grow in Philippine, what you doing?" Uncle Roger said. "Parsley don't belong in Asian food, you're not making pasta!"

Of course, an Uncle Roger would not be complete without a quip about British chef Jamie Oliver, whose cooking he had reviewed several times already.

"What you mean always served with lemon? Where you eating your adobo? Jamie Oliver restaurant is it?" he said.

Tell 'em, Uncle Roger!
