Even master multitaskers can have multitasking fails. There are simply tasks that can spell disaster when done together, like attending an online class while playing a video game.

It was almost lunch time during an otherwise ordinary day in the digital classroom. We were discussing the progress of a current project when short, urgent commands were suddenly heard:

“Get that thirty, bro. Get that thirty.”

The professor paused for a second, confused. It was obvious that one of the students forgot to mute himself while playing a virtual shooting game while attending class. All videos were off, but we were all thinking, “BV na si prof. Salamat nalang sa lahat.”

Just as prof was about to start a basag-trip moment with the now-identified shooter, er speaker, another interruption came through, this time on-screen:
