Busan PH Food Truck
Inspired by the hit movie "Train to Busan," this food spot allows its customers to enjoy al fresco dining while munching on Korean street food.
According to Marwin Marasigan, the owner, he wanted people to taste authentic Korean food without letting them go beyond their budgets.
"Gusto kong iparating sa tao na parang sasakay ka sa train then dadalhin namin kayo sa Korea," he said.
Their food ranges from P60 to P200 and it includes various street food favorites including tteokbokki with cheese, jumeokbap, gimbap, samgyupsal, and ramen.
This spot in Silang, Cavite has already captured the hearts of many with its good food and ambiance.
"'Di namin ineexpect na first day palang, bigla kaming nag-hit kaya sobrang nakakagulat," Marwin said.
Seoul Train Korean BBQ
Meanwhile, this restaurant in Quezon City is owned by Happee Sy, who has brought various Korean artists in the country for concerts.
The place is inspired by her love for riding trains and of course, Korean music and artists.
"Love na love ko [sumakay] ng train kaya Seoul Train," she said.
She added that every corner of the restaurant has a story, as almost everyone in the team has the same love for K-pop as she does.
Aside from serving authentic Korean meat with side dishes, the restaurant also has a mini mall that sells legitimate K-pop merchandise including light sticks and albums. —Franchesca Viernes/MGP, GMA News
