Sheraton Manila Bay will be reopening its top floor restaurant, the Pacific Lounge, on Friday, January 22.

Known for its incredible panoramic 360-degree view of Manila Bay's city skyline, Pacific Lounge on opening night will be showcasing a carefully curated spread of select Asian staples, delectable tapas for its pre-dinner cocktail buffet. 

It serves as a preview to the pre-dinner cocktail buffet that the restaurant will be offering every Friday evening thereafter, starting 6pm. At P988++ per head, it comes inclusive of house wine, local beer, chilled juices, fresh juices, iced tea, or soda.

For dinner, Pacific lounge will be taking its customers on a gastronomic tour around Asia featuring Asian Streat Eat. It features G?i cu?n (Vietnamese Spring Rolls), Mini Fresh Thai Vegetable Salad with white shrimp, Dakgangjeong (Korean chili garlic chicken wings), and Nikujaga (Soy ginger beef with potatoes) among others.

All this really to jumpstart Pacific Lounge's huge plans, including January 29's Cocktail 360 creations, where they will have on offer delectable nibbles including Flautas con Carne y Queso, Mini Muffuletta Sandwiches, Grilled Aubergine Salad in Crispy Pita, Parmesan Chicken Tenders and more.

Come February 5, the Pacific Lounge will be returning its  Tapas Classico roots with an assortment of delicatessen meat and cheese and a tempting line up of delicious bite-sized delights such Tortilla Classico, Croquetas de Jamon y Queso, Chicharrones de Cadiz, Tostas con Nueces, Queso Azul y Uvas, Pintxos Morunos, and Callos alla Madrileña among others. 

According to a press release, members of Sheraton hotel's Viber community can enjoy an additional 50% on mocktails and cocktails, while local craft beer gets a 30% discount.
