This store in QC sells seafood-stuffed lechon

Lechon is no doubt a classic, but have you tried putting a twist to it by stuffing it with seafood?

Monchi's Lechon in Quezon City does exactly this, as shown in an episode of Unang Hirit on Friday.

Owner Ramon Ferreros showed how he stuffs alimango, aligue, and sugpo inside the pig before roasting it.

A full serving, which is 9 to 10 kilos, costs P8,500.

But since gatherings are still discouraged in the new normal, the store is now offering a smaller serving of one kilo for only P800.
