Here’s how to make ‘bottled ulam’ to add to your ‘pamasko’
Do you have a delicious ulam recipe that your friends and neighbors can’t get enough of?
You can actually make lots of extra pamasko this year by simply cooking your family’s favorite dishes and selling them by the bottle.
Easy to cook with a long shelf life, bottled ulam is just the “new normal” money-making venture you need.
Don’t believe us? A small business called Ulam in a Bottle featured on “Unang Hirit” sells a tasty variety of ulam like spicy laing, binagoongang bagnet, ginataang langka, and sisig bagnet for P100-P520 depending on the size and serving.
The owner, Cecile Restor, said they were able to make their puhunan of only P1,000 grow to a whopping P3,000.
Cecilia was also kind enough to do an easy tutorial of her best-selling bagnet sisig that requires only a few ingredients and lots of empty jars.
