Rico's Lechon is now in 7-Eleven as take-home, ready-to-eat meals

Cebu's famous Rico's Lechon is now available in select 7-Eleven stores in Luzon as take-home ready-to-eat meals.

Popular Rico's Lechon menu items, Lechon Paksiw and Lechon Dinuguan, will be available through 7-Eleven's Chef Creations line. 

Both served with cooked rice, the Lechon Paksiw — made with the popular Rico's Lechon simmered in vinegar and garlic — is available for only P99.

The Lechon Dinuguan meanwhile, which has a rich, spicy, dark gravy made with pig blood, is available for P95.

Rico's Lechon meals will be available this month in 7-Eleven stores in Metro Manila and will soon be available in Pampanga and Batangas areas.

Rico's Lechon redefined Cebu's famous lechon scene when it introduced the Spicy lechon variant in the '90s. Since then, it's become a favorite among Cebuanos, becoming a must-visit among visitors.

In 2018, Rico's Lechon finally opened shop in Manila and two years later, it's become even more accessible as a take-home meal from the popular convenience store. — Jannielyn Ann Bigtas/LA, GMA News
