Filipino chocolatier Auro Chocolate bags 5 golds in International Chocolate Awards
Auro Chocolate keeps winning!
The local chocolate company recently announced that it won five golds in the International Chocolate Awards 2020.
It bagged two golds for its Plain/Origin Milk Chocolate Bar, and a gold each for the categories Chocolate Maker, Growing Country, and Direct Traded.
On Instagram, the brand expressed its amazement over the feat.
"What a true privilege it is to do what we love. It is always our goal to keep learning and improving so that we may keep pushing quality Filipino-made chocolate forward to represent on the world stage. Thank you to everyone for your continued support! Let’s do this together! Mabuhay!" it wrote.
Auro Chocolate was founded in 2015 and launched in 2017. Since then, it has won dozens of international awards, and even won Top 20 Best Cacao Beans in the World Award. It produces fine cacao and chocolate made from directly sourced beans from Mindanao farming partners. —JCB, GMA News
