Puto bumbong with leche flan? Here’s where to get it

Christmas is just around the corner and it won’t be complete without the treats Filipinos look forward to during the season, one of which is the puto bumbong.

And just when you thought puto bumbong couldn’t get any better, some enterprising sellers gave this holiday staple a twist by adding leche flan!

In an episode of “Unang Hirit,” seller Romilyn Santiago Cinco showed how she made the snack even more enticing by adding a generous serving of margarine, sugar, sesame seeds, niyog, cheese, condensed milk, and slices of leche flan.

Romilyn said she added the leche flan twist “para mas ma-upgrade natin siya para mas matamis ang pasko ng Pilipino.”

If you want to order this treat you can get one for P40 for the regular puto bumbong de leche and just add P5 for the “overload” version.
