Add a twist to your meal with Bea Binene's ginisang hotdog with potatoes


Hotdog doesn't have to be served fried all the time.

In a live episode of "ECQusina" on Friday, Bea Binene showed viewers how to give the food a twist and create her signature "ginisang hotdog with potatoes" dish.

To start preparing the meal, Bea said you should first boil the potatoes and chop it into bite-sized pieces.

Then, slice an onion into thin pieces. Afterwards, change your chopping board to slice the hotdogs diagonally.

"Natutunan ko sa culinary school dapat magkahiwalay ang choppingboard ng seafood o meat," Bea shared.

Once everything is chopped, put butter and a little bit of oil in a heated  pan. Add the onions and hotdog. Once it's mixed, add ketchup and a little bit of water, then leave it to boil for a while.

Once it's cooked, add the potatoes in, followed by a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix it all together and you now have yourself a delicious meal with a twist!

"ECQusina" is an online show hosted by Kara David that goes live on Facebook every week where she teaches viewers how to make tasty dishes just with daily grocery items.
