Japanese bakery Kumori is bringing back its Ube Hanjuku Cheese for a limited time.

2. Ube cookie

You read that right. Cloud Bakery offers an ube cookie treat called the Ube Dulcey Cheese Cookie.

Instead of chocolate chips, it has caramelized white chocolate blended with cream cheese and Maldon salt flakes.

This online bake shop called The Team Bang Pastries offers several types of ube snacks including this yummy-looking ube Spanish bread.

Their ube Spanish bread is well-loved because of its sweet buttery and cheesy filling inside.

Aside from the ube Spanish bread, The Team Bang Pastries also offers this treat called the Ube Coco Bread.

It’s an ube version of the well-known Filipino bread called the Pan de Coco.

This ube coco bread is infused with shredded coconut filling and it looks good.

If you’re an ube and bibingka lover, this might just be the best Filipino dessert fusion.
