- chicken liver
- soy sauce
- fish ball
- sayote
- cabbage

Love started by sauteeing some onions and garlic in a pan. She then added the the chicken liver, followed by soy sauce, water, sayote, carrots, celery, then the misua.
Love reminded home cooks to stir carefully so as not to crush the chicken liver. One can also try crushing the misua to smaller pieces to make it easier to eat.
