You don't need dough to make this luncheon meat pizza

Even without any dough, you can satisfy your pizza cravings with Gee Canlas and Archie Alemania's "luncheon meat-zza."

All you'll be needing are bread, ketchup, grated cheese, and chopped luncheon meat.

According to Gee, who studied culinary, you can use any kind of bread around the house, be it sliced bread, monay, or even a piece of potok.

After preparing the bread on a plate, simply spread ketchup on top of it which will become the base for the "pizza."

"Spread it," Gee shared. "It doesn't have to be masyadong marami dahil it will sog. Magiging soggy 'yung bread mo."

When the bread already has its base ketchup, add the grated cheese and the chopped luncheon meat on top.

Heat the bread in the toaster for a few minutes to your liking or until the cheese melts.

Gee shared that her "luncheon meat-zza" was actually an invention she made back in high school since she didn't know how to make dough yet and just loved to experiment in the kitchen when she was young.

"Ang gagawin natin, it doesn't have to be expensive. Hindi kailangan maging mahal para maging masarap," Gee said.

"ECQusina" is an online show that Kara David hosts on Facebook, where she teaches viewers how to make tasty dishes using daily grocery items at home.
