This Pancit cake with fried lumpia is the ultimate Pinoy party food

A Filipina decided to celebrate her 40th birthday with the most unusual but most Filipino cake there is: Pancit with lumpia on the side.

Maryjane Quiniones said her family chose to make a pancit with lumpia cake because she's not much of a sweet tooth.

Aside from the fact that it tastes good, Maryjane said the cake is also easy to make.

Cooked white rice serves as the cake's foundation, then they put the pancit on top, and for good measure, surrounded it with fried lumpia to hold the creation together in a cake form.
