American singer Halsey reveals she's cooking this Filipino snack all the time!

Like many people, American singer Halsey has taken to cooking an array of meals while stuck at home amid the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.

And apparently, a popular Filipino snack is one her favorites!

In a question and answer session on Twitter, Halsey was asked if she tried cooking any Filipino food.

"I make turon all the time!" the singer replied.

Filipino netizens were quick to celebrate this fact, and even recommended that the singer cook lumpia next.

The "Without Me" singer also shared that she's also been cooking other cuisines such as miso ramen and tortillas.

Halsey said that she's been a complete foodie hunting for local meals even before the lockdown.

"I cook every single day! peter don [her videographer] has like 5000 hours of footage of me dining and hunting for local foods everywhere we travel haha," she shared.
