Is Kori Kohi the next big coffee trend after Dalgona? Here's how to make one at home
If you want to try another way to have your coffee aside from the Dalgona style, you might want to learn how to make this iced coffee drink with only three ingredients needed.
Kori Kohi is a favorite coffee drink from UCC which features frozen coffee ice cubes in a glass. Warm milk is later poured to melt the cubes and blend the two ingredients together.
You can also choose to put a sweet syrup or have it as it is depending on your taste.
While we can't get our hands on this drink yet, we can try to make one at home. Thank the internet for recipes—all you need is instant coffee, milk, sugar and of course an ice tray!
UCC Coffee Shops Philippines also created a short video to help coffee lovers make the Kori Kohi drink.

Step 1: Dissolve 1 tablespoon of instant coffee using hot water before mixing it with 3/4 cup of water. Remember that this varies depending on people's taste. You can also mix sugar if you want it sweeter or add some condensed milk to make it Vietnamese-style.
Step 2: Pour the coffee into the ice tray and leave it to freeze.
Step 3: Once the coffee ice cubes are frozen, transfer them to a glass before you pour 1/2 to 3/4 cup of warm milk.
Step 4 (Optional): If you're the type who likes their coffee sweet, you can add some syrup or sugar in it.
Tip: Brewed coffee or cold brew can also be used to make ice cubes if you don't like instant coffee.
