Nico Bolzico and Erwan Heussaff open a steak restaurant in Makati
Brothers-in-law Nico Bolzico and Erwan Heussaff opened a steak restaurant called Chingolo Deli in Makati City.
On Instagram, Nico posted a photo of the two of them in front of their new restaurant.
"Here with brother in-law and fifth best friend, explaining to him why it is so important for his daughther to call him #ElPadre. As an experienced dad I am happy to share my wisdom w him. #FatherhoodMyPassion," he wrote.
Nico said Chingolo is also a place where they will serve and sell Bolzico Beef.
"Picture taken in front of our newly open @chingolodeli where we serve and sell our @bolzicobeef. I am the one with the SPen but he should be the one taking notes!" he added.
On Chingolo's Instagram, Nico gave a walk-through of what customers can expect from "The Home of Bolzico Beef."
There is a butchery where they offer any cut of Bolzico Beef you can cook at home. There is also a dine-in area where you can enjoy them steak on the spot — but it's currently under reservations-only policy. The entire restaurant can also be rented for events for just P25,000, fully consumable.
