One of the many things @khalilramos and I share in common, is our love for FOOD. We promised that we would spoil ourselves in Japan! We tried out an Omakase, a 16 sushi course tasting menu (which was AMAZING), had some sake, and had the best convo with our sushi chef and other couples who ate there as well. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip!! ? • PS - if you’re planning to have an Omakase, i suggest you book a month or two before your trip. Getting a table is so hard when you have no reservation ???? Ginza Kyubey was our 5th attempt in getting a table. Luckily, they had 2 slots for us (which rarely happens). But we got rejected 4 times that night cause we had no reservation. Lol haha! Lesson learned, but all worth it! ????

In Japanese, Omakase means "I will leave it up to you". It's a Japanese tradition where customers will leave it to the chef to decide what dish is best to serve.

Gabbi admitted that the meal was one of the highlights of their trip together.

"We tried out an Omakase, a 16 sushi course tasting menu (which was AMAZING), had some sake, and had the best convo with our sushi chef and other couples who ate there as well. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip!!" Gabbi said.

Gabbi also revealed that they were rejected four times before they got a table since they didn't have any reservations.

"Ginza Kyubey was our 5th attempt in getting a table. Luckily, they had 2 slots for us (which rarely happens)," the actress shared. "But we got rejected 4 times that night 'cause we had no reservation. Lol haha! Lesson learned, but all worth it!"

The actress then suggested that for those who are also planning to have an Omakase, it's better to book a month or two before your trip.

Aside from savoring the yummy food, the couple visited Tokyo Disneyland and roamed the streets of Shinjuku as Princess Jasmine and Aladdin on Halloween.
