While most people are busy sticking to their new year’s resolution diet, the people behind one of the most celebrated buffet restaurants in Metro Manila are giving you more reasons to give in to your cravings.

Spiral at Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila is celebrating Mediterranean cuisine in a week-long food festival. Every day until January 26, Spiral puts the spot light on a specific Mediterranean country’s cuisine, making it the star of all its 21 ateliers. On January 27, the festival will culminate with an exquisite Le Grand Sunday Brunch featuring the best of the Mediterranean Food Festival and of -flowing champagne.
