Gallery Vask remains lone PHL entry on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list

Gallery Vask once again makes it to Asia's 50 Best Restaurants list, moving up to the 35th spot. The restaurant was in 39th place in 2016.

Tiradito of raw tuna loin, kinilaw gel with coconut milk, calamansi and tabon-tabon were again recognized as standout dishes from the menu of modern Spanish food with a Filipino twist.

Gallery Vask's kitchen is run by Chef Jose Luis ‘Chele’ González, while the dining area is curated by Juan Carlo Calma.

The list's top spot went to Gaggan from Bangkok, Thailand. Completing the top five are Restaurant André (Singapore), Amber (Hong Kong, China), 8 1/2 Otto E Mezzo Bombana (Hong Kong, China), and Nahm (Bangkok, Thailand).
