Would Julie Anne San Jose and Ysabel Ortega propose to their boyfriends, Rayver Cruz and Miguel Tanfelix?

The hypothetical question was asked on Tuesday’s “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” and both of the Sparkle stars adorably took deep breaths in unison before answering.

“It’s something that I haven’t thought of, Tito Boy. Parang hindi ko pa siya—wala siya sa headspace ko,” Julie Anne said.

Ysabel is firm that she will not propose for marriage, saying she is a hopeless romantic girl.

“Same answer,” Julie Anne said.

“I grew up talaga na, you know, pinalaki ako ng mama ko na traditional talaga. ‘Yung kailangan aakyat ng ligaw ‘yung lalaki, kailangan mag-e-effort din ‘yung lalaki to also show din how much he loves you. I think that’s one of the ways din,” Ysabel said, adding that it never came to her mind.

Julie Anne also agreed that Rayver won’t allow her to do so.

Julie Anne and Rayver confirmed their romance in 2022 after they publicly exchanged "I love yous" at the JulieVerse concert, while Miguel and Ysabel revealed in 2023 that they’re exclusively dating.

The couples went on a double date at Tokyo DisneySea in Japan back in October 2024.

Julie Anne and Ysabel currently star together in “Slay," GMA Network's first Viu Original series. It is now airing on Viu and will also air on GMA Prime starting March 24.
