Eigenmann family flexes fierce looks in new video: 'Pick your kontrabida'
No one does it like the Eigenmanns.
The family of artists joined forces for a fierce new Instagram Reel, which was posted on Michael De Mesa’s account.
In the video, Rosemarie Gil, Michael, Gabby Eigenmann, Ryan Eigenmann, Geoff Eigenmann, Sid Lucero, and Max Eigenmann were first seen laughing together before striking intense stares for the camera.
“The chances of being unalived by an Eigenmann are low, but never zero," Michael wrote.
"Pick your kontrabida," he added.
In the comment section, Andi Eigenmann couldn't help but point out her grandmother's expression.
"Ms Rosemarie Gil though," Andi said.
The clip also amused fans, who praised the family of actors and said that every member is talented.
“The OG Rosemarie Gil. Pag di ka ba naman kinabahan, ewan ko na lang,” a fan said.
“When God made the Eigenmanns He said - here's your official source of convincing kontrabidas,” another user said.
Others also commented that they miss La Primera Contravida, the late Cherie Gil.
The Eigenmann family has acted in various films and series across genres and generations, and has won many awards for their skills.
Michael is part of the cast of the GMA Afternoon Prime series “Forever Young,” which aired its finale episode on Friday.
He also starred in MMFF 2024 Best Picture “Green Bones.”
