7 times Dennis Trillo and Jennylyn Mercado flexed their comedic chops online
Dennis Trillo and Jennylyn Mercado are set to make us laugh and kilig on the big screen when their film, “Everything All About My Wife,” hits the cinemas next week.
But if you want to sample their comedic chops already, the Kapuso couple have actually been serving funny content on their TikTok accounts for their fans to enjoy.
You’ve probably seen the video of Jennylyn hitting Dennis with a doll after he copied a clip of someone stopping an ostrich from attacking with just a gesture. There’s more of where that came from, and we compiled a list for you below!
1. Is Jennylyn angry?
In this video, Dennis and Jennylyn dubbed an audio of husband wondering if his wife if he is angry. The wife obviously is, but she keeps denying it.
Dennis perfectly captured the awkward anxiousness felt by the husband, while Jennylyn showed why she won Best Actress at the Metro Manila Film Festival twice for romantic comedy films.

The couple promoted their new salon with—you guessed it—a funny skit. Jennylyn entered the place and headed to the one of the shampoo stations, where Dennis was getting pampered.
She then kissed her husband, who had a towel over his eyes, before making a quick exit. When he felt the kiss, Dennis removed the towel and looked suspiciously at the attendant washing his hair. He wiped his lips after—excellent no dialogue acting!

3. Jennylyn’s interpretative dance
Jennylyn recently charmed Dennis with an interpretative dance at home so he would buy her dinner.
The Kapuso Ultimate Star delivered a performance-level for her husband, who was sitting with his legs resting on a table. Let’s go queen!

4. Dance dance dance
Speaking of dancing, Dennis and Jennylyn previously did a video of them hilariously grooving to the 2017 song “Coincidance.”
Aside from showcasing their dancing skills, the couple sold the performance with their on-point facial expressions and perfectly on-beat timing.
5. Sleepy Dennis
Dennis and Jennylyn also do funny videos about married life. In one clip, they were laughing together in bed when suddenly, the Kapuso Drama King fell asleep in no time.

6. Long hair problems
Another video featuring the couple already in bed showed Jennylyn sleeping peacefully, with Dennis nowhere in sight.
But apparently, his whole face was just covered with Jennylyn’s long hair! When he removed his wife’s locks, he lipsynced a line from Jordin Spark’s song “No Air.”
7. Dennis lumabas ka diyan!
Dennis got a whole Banyo Serye going after Jennylyn revealed in an interview that he likes to lock himself in the bathroom to do his TikToks.
Like the comedian that he is, he used this punchline in one such video. He was playing the guitar and singing inside the bathroom, when the door opened a little to reveal Jennylyn giving him the evil-eye. He looked like he has seen a ghost when he noticed!
