Lexi Gonzales, Gil Cuerva talk about setting boundaries in their relationship

Outside of their relationship, Lexi Gonzales and Gil Cuerva also have their own groups of friends, but they know their boundaries.

On Tuesday’s “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” Gil shared that Lexi hasn’t done anything that made him feel worried.

“She has guy friends who I’m cool with. I’ve also met some of them. Ako naman, I also have female friends,” he said.

Lexi added that Gil’s female friends also respect her.

“They take that boundary not to be too close din. Ako din with my friends, gano’n din ako,” she said.

The couple shared that they also meet with each other’s friend groups.

“I actually really make it a point to let her hang out with my friends. Actually, the thing kasi with me, my closest friends talaga are my high school friends. I studied in Ateneo, so all-boys kami,” Gil said, adding that his female friends are those who are in relationships with his guy friends.

When asked if they are OK to get matching tattoos, both Lexi and Gil said no, agreeing that it already crosses a line.

Lexi and Gil met when the actress guested on “Taste Buddies.” She made the first move on Gil.

In 2023, the couple starred in a special episode of “Tadhana.”
