Ashley Ortega admits relationship with Mavy Legaspi

It’s official: Ashley Ortega and Mavy Legaspi are in a relationship!

The “Pulang Araw” actress admitted the real score between them during “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda” on Monday.

“I think it’s obvious naman na. Yes,” Ashley answered when Tito Boy asked her about their status.

According to Ashley, although she met Mavy years ago, it was only last year when they started hanging out together. 

“Mga bata pa kami noon eh. I think when he started signing a contract sa Sparkle but we started hanging out more last year. Tapos doon ko talaga siya nakilala,” Ashley explained, adding that they started to get to know each other when the actor broke up with Kyline Alcantara. 

“I think it started na parang there was a one night kasama 'yung mga friends namin so doon ko siya nakilala. Then nagtuloy-tuloy na, and then he asked me out if we can have lunch or dinner together just to get to know each other. Then nagtuloy-tuloy na,” she recalled.

Ashley also went on to describe Mavy as a “thoughtful” and a “generous” manliligaw.

“'Di naman kasi ako ma-grandeng tao na kailangan ng flowers or surprises or whatsoever. Ano lang talaga more on conversational lang talaga,” she said.

Ashley also admitted that they already said "I love you" to each other.

She also already met Mavy's parents, Zoren Legaspi and Carmina Villarroel. She said they have been welcoming towards her, along with Mavy's twin Cassy.

Mavy and Ashley sparked dating rumors earlier in January after being spotted together in Cebu for the Sinulog Festival.

Mavy was previously in a relationship with Kyline Alcantara. Ashley, meanwhile, previously dated Lucena City mayor Mark Alcala.
