Andi Eigenmann, Philmar Alipayo feud online amid supposed third-party involvement

There's trouble in paradise — Andi Eigenmann and Philmar Alipayo are feuding online after the former actress alluded to third-party involvement.
After unfollowing each other on Instagram on Friday night, Andi and Philmar both shared cryptic Instagram Stories that further fueled split speculations.
Andi first thanked her followers for their overwhelming support, “but just got a bit shocked at some of the comments and some seem to assume it was about cheating!”
She said her previous post may have been vague, so she posted a screenshot of her asking ChatGPT about her situation. Supposedly, a woman and a friend of Philmar wanted to get a couple's tattoo with him.
“Do you think it’s [suspicious] when a friend invites your life partner to get a love couples’ tattoo with them without even filling you in or consulting you?” Andi wrote.
“But me and my life partner, we had a fight when this happened and she immediately comes to his rescue and invites him to do this?” she added.
She also posted a quote, “Took it personally because I never would’ve done it to you.”
Andi then shared some more context in the same IG Story.
“I have seen the red flags but chose to look beyond it. Since she was already a friend before I came into the picture. Was shy to call it out to my partner,” she said.
“Now I realize setting boundaries in a relationship doesn’t make it toxic,” she added.
Andi also shared a quote that said, “They stab you and pretend they are the ones bleeding.”
Philmar also took to IG Stories, seemingly addressing the issue.
“For whatever you all read is true, then so be it. There’s no hiding because it will be more difficult,” Philmar said, according to a translation.
He added that people know his character, and “siguro kilala niyo ‘rin kung sino siya.”
“’Wag na natin taasan ang lahat,” Philmar said.
“You can call me a cheater and ugly now,” he added.
Philmar then posted a screenshot of a netizen calling him a cheater.
“It all helps,” he wrote. “I deserve noon pa man.”
The professional surfer also thanked those who sent their messages of support.
Andi’s last post with Philmar was posted on January 26, where they could be seen surfing.
“Fun family surf practice with our surf coach papa,” Andi said.
They also celebrated their son Koa’s fourth birthday together.
Andi and Philmar have been engaged since 2020. Their family, called the Happy Islanders, is based in Siargao.
Last year, they were involved in controversy after Philmar was spotted hanging out with a woman.
Andi addressed the issue and said that Philmar “can go out with his friends, go drinking every once in a while, and chat with whoever he wants. No harm in that.”
Philmar also spoke up about the viral video on "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" in June 2024, and said that people would often approach him for small talk.
While he engages with them in conversation, the professional surfer noted that he always knows his limitations and boundaries, and avoids situations and people where he might give off the wrong impressions. —Nika Roque/JCB, GMA Integrated News
