Does David Licauco believe in the '3-month rule'? Actor answers

Does David Licauco believe in the "three-month rule?"

The Pambansang Ginoo was asked the question during one of his livestreams for his new coffee business, Good Drip.

In response, David said, "Siguro oo. Dapat."

"Kasi isipin mo, kunwari ikaw, nakipaghiwalay ka, kailangan mo muna i-heal 'yung sarili mo so that 'yung baggages mo from the past relationship, hindi siya madadala sa next relationship mo," he said.

The "three-month rule" suggests that those who just came from a breakup should wait three months before getting into a new relationship.

David thinks that people should work on themselves first mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually before jumping into a new relationship.

"Para hindi ma-encounter 'yung mga problems before during your past relationship," he said. "Kailangan munang ayusin ang sarili."

David revealed in December that he's single.

Among his recent projects with his love team partner Barbie Forteza were "Pulang Araw," "Maging Sino Ka Man," "That Kind of Love," and "Maria Clara at Ibarra."
