Chito Miranda marks 10th anniversary with wife Neri Naig: 'I will always be with you, through thick and thin'

Chito Miranda marked his 10th wedding anniversary with his wife, Neri Naig.

On Instagram, the Parokya ni Edgar frontman shared a happy photo of him and his wife and also wrote her a sweet letter, affirming his love for her.

"Sobrang nagpapasalamat ako kay God dahil bliness Niya ako with someone as wonderful and as loving and as sweet as you," he said.

"You are living proof that one can go through hell and back and still choose to be kind."

According to Chito, their children are blessed to have her as their mom.

"[S]obrang swerte ako to have you in my life, and I have never been happier," he said, assuring her that he will take care of her, protect her, and love her no matter what.

"I will always be with you, through thick and thin, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part," he said.

"Happy Anniversary, Ms. Neri. I love you very very much."

Chito and Neri tied the knot in 2014. They have two sons, Miggy and Cash, and an adopted daughter, Pia.

Chito's heartfelt post comes after Neri's release from detention on December 6.

The actress and businesswoman was arrested on November 23 for charges of syndicated estafa and violation of the Securities Regulation Code.

Neri's camp had filed a motion to quash against her warrant, stating that she was not notified of the allegations against her.

The Pasay City Regional Trial Court thus quashed the arrest warrant against her and also ordered the Pasay City Prosecutor's Office to reinvestigate the case.

At the time of her arrest, Chito defended his wife from the allegations against her, saying that she is only an endorser and her face was used to get investors.

Many celebrities expressed their support for the couple during this time, including Chito's uncle, Kiko Pangilinan, who offered legal support.
