Buboy Villar shares thoughts on possibility of getting back with ex-partner Angillyn Gorens

Buboy Villar shared his thoughts on the possibility of getting back together with his ex-partner, Angillyn Gorens, in the latest episode of Mikee Quintos' new show "Lutong Bahay."

Mikee Quintos and Chef Hazel visited the Sparke star's home, where they cooked pares and fried chicken. During the show's "Kitchen-terrogation" portion, among the questions Mikee asked Buboy was if he would get back together with Angillyn.

"Hindi na. Parang di ko rin ma-explain pero ayaw ko kasing ipilit 'yung mga bagay na hindi na," the "Running Man Philippines" runner said

Per Buboy, he is already happy with their current set-up as co-parents to their kids.

"Masaya ako sa sitwasyon namin ngayon dahil naka-focus kaming dalawa sa mga anak namin. Wala kaming gusto sa future kundi mapaganda ang kinabukasan ng mga anak namin," he said.

Buboy and Angillyn were a couple for several years and even got engaged in 2016.

In 2020, Buboy confirmed their breakup, although the two remain close friends.

They have two children, Vlanz Karollyn and George Michael.

In March, the former couple shared a bonding moment with their kids and friends, with Buboy even singing sweet songs for Angillyn.

Buboy told GMA News Online in September that their get-together was part of their agreement as co-parents.

"Bilang nanay siya ng mga anak ko, tatay ako ng mga anak namin, so napagkasunduan namin na no hate to each other. Dapat love lang,” he said.
