Liam Payne's father Geoff Payne flies to Argentina, visits hotel where singer died

Liam Payne's father, Geoff Payne, traveled to Buenos Aires, Argentina and visited the hotel where the singer was found dead.

According to Nelson Canlas’ report on “24 Oras Weekend,” Saturday, Geoff looked at the balcony where Liam fell and thanked the fans who set up a vigil outside.

He also checked on Liam’s body in the morgue so he could finally bring him back home.

Liam’s death was confirmed on Wednesday.

Celebrities like Charlie Puth and Paris Hilton mourned him on their social media accounts. Harry Style's mother, Anne Twist, also reacted to the unfortunate news, posting a broken heart emoji on Instagram. "Just a boy," she said.

Late Thursday, One Direction released a statement saying they were "completely devastated" by Liam's death.

Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, and Niall Horan also wrote their personal messages on their social media accounts.
