Sarah Lahbati is full of 'purpose and joy' as she celebrates 31st birthday
Sarah Lahbati has welcomed 31 with a deep sense of "contentment."
The actress, who had her birthday last week, took to her Instagram broadcast channel to share photos of her kids Zion and Kai and a portrait of herself while they were at a beach.
At this point in her life, the actress said she doesn't need anyone but herself "and that no one can save me but me."
"This independence isn't a burden; it's a liberation," she wrote.
Sarah also acknowledged the "few real friends" she has made, "who have stood by me through my lowest lows and my most beautiful highs."
As a proud mom, Sarah also gave great importance to Zion and Kai as reasons to keep going.
"Being the mom of Zion and Kai fills my days with purpose and joy," she said.
"The ocean is our constant, a reminder that in the ebb and flow of life, we can always find our way back to peace," she added.
Sarah ended her post by being proud of herself for shedding the need to please anyone but herself.
"This inner peace, this sense of self-worth, is more valuable than anything the world has to offer," she said.
"My life, my family, my friends—they are my world, and I wouldn't trade it for anything," she added.
In July, Sarah visited her hometown in Geneva, Switzerland.
Before going to Switzerland, Sarah spent some time in France for a vacation. She said it was her first time being away from her kids.
