Jesi Corcuera says his sperm donor is foreigner based in PH

Jesi Corcuera said that the sperm donor who helped him conceive a child is a foreigner based in the Philippines.

According to Lhar Santiago's report on "24 Oras," Tuesday, the "StarStruck" alumnus and transman knows him and they still have communication with each other.

Asked if he will introduce his baby girl to her biological father, Jesi said he is not yet thinking about it for now. He wants to focus first on their family with his partner Camille.

"Dun muna siguro pero kung ku-questionin niya in the future willing naman akong ipakita sa kanya and i-explain sa kanya kung paano 'yung naging proseso kasi mas maganda pa rin na alam niya," he said.

Jesi said he initially wanted to have a natural birth, but he has decided to undergo caesarean section due to a heart condition.

He is already seven months pregnant, so it's not long now until he finally meets his daughter. He said he wants her to call him "papa," as Camille's children also call him that.

"For sure 'yung generation naman nga ngayon mabilis nang makaintindi 'yung mga bata, what more pa sa mga susunod pang generation niya," he said.

As for what he would feel when he finally meets his little one, he said, "Hindi ko siya maisip Tito Lhar eh kasi nga first time lahat so hihintayin ko na lang dumating tapos kung ano 'yung mafe-feel ko 'yun na 'yun siguro. Basta excited and sobrang happy ako pati 'yung family ko."

In his earlier interview on "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," Jesi talked about his pregnancy journey and said he conceived via artificial insemination.

He announced he is expecting a baby via Instagram last weekend.

Jesi was part of "StarStruck: The Next Level" which aired on GMA Network in 2006. His batchmates include Kris Bernal, Aljur Abrenica, Paulo Avelino, and Chariz Solomon, among others.
